About the Instructor: With over 14 years in the events, beer, and spirits industry and a busy small business owner, Meredith relies on yoga to maintain a balanced and mindful life. After finishing the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Monarch Yoga in Kensington, she is excited to make yoga accessible and available for everyone, especially for musicians, music lovers, and folks in the industry. Enjoy a punk, ska, emo, indie, and classic rock music playlist during her classes!
Botanicals will be sourced from: Stef Stuber of Three Wild Spirits has over 20 years as a Philly bartender and will share how they can be used in cocktails, mocktails, and infusions, and Brooke Johnson master herbalist and owner of Heart to Heart Herbology will outline the medicinal properties and how they’re used in tinctures, skincare, powders, magically and spiritually, etc.
Sandy Ruan, Manager for Manatawny Still Works Fishtown:
“Working in the service industry, I always look forward to Sunday Yoga to help balance my body and mind after a busy weekend. It's a nice reset for the week ahead! Bringing everyone together in the same room, feeling everyone's energy change from the beginning to the end of practice...it's hard to describe and something you have to be there for!”
